You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and, where applicable, must have authorization to access any third-party accounts connected to our Services.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity occurring under your account
Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and current
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Our Services may interact with third-party providers, including Google Ads and Google APIs.Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services
Circumvent security measures
Use the Services to violate applicable laws or third-party rights
When authorized by a user, our Services may retrieve Google Ads campaign and reporting information through Google's APIs.Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission to access any Google Ads accounts connected to the Services.Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our Services access Google Ads information for reporting, analytics, and related business purposes.
The Services, including software, documentation, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by Unicorn Growth or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Our collection and use of information are governed by our Privacy Policy.By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unicorn Growth disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicorn Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of the Services.Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unicorn Growth, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the security or integrity of our systems.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
